Our self-serve catering is perfect for those who want to enjoy delicious food without the hassle of waiting on staff. We offer a variety of smoked meats and sides, all made fresh to order for your event. Our meats are slow-smoked to perfection, and our sides are made with the freshest ingredients. We also offer a variety of desserts, including our signature smoked mac and cheese.
